By using Piper Scaling services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Piper Scaling is operated by Will Piper in the United Kingdom. We provide website design, hosting and related digital services to local UK businesses.

We build your website at no cost. If you choose to keep it live you pay a monthly fee as agreed at sign up. Monthly fees are charged automatically via Stripe in advance each billing period.

You can cancel at any time with no exit fees by contacting will@piperscaling.com. Your website will be taken offline at the end of the current billing period.

We retain ownership of the website design and hosting infrastructure. You own any content, logos or materials you provide to us.

We cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or a specific number of leads. We will always work to resolve issues promptly within 48 hours on business days.

You must not use our services for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful. We reserve the right to take down any website that violates these terms immediately.

Our liability is limited to the monthly fee you have paid. We are not liable for any loss of business or revenue arising from use of our services.
